DHWAKAT HERBAL is committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. As we deal in consumable Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products, strict return conditions apply.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and unopened.
The original seal must be fully intact.
The product must be in its original packaging without damage.
Valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, opened, used, tampered, or unsealed herbal products are strictly non-returnable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used herbal products
Unsealed personal care products
Perishable goods
Discounted or sale items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
If you are uncertain about eligibility, you must contact us before initiating a return request.
4. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Customers must inspect the parcel carefully at the time of delivery.
If the outer courier package appears open, tampered, torn, crushed, leaking, cracked, or visibly damaged, you must refuse delivery immediately. Do not accept the parcel in such condition. You must also notify us promptly at info@dhwakat.com with relevant details.
If you choose to accept the parcel, you are required to record a clear, continuous unboxing video. The video must begin before opening the outer packaging and must clearly show:
The sealed courier package
The shipping label with order details
The condition of the package
The complete unboxing process
The final condition of the product
The recording must be uninterrupted and clearly visible.
If you receive a damaged product, defective item, incorrect product, or if any item is missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@dhwakat.com. Your email must include your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, a detailed explanation of the issue, and the complete unboxing video.
Failure to provide a proper and continuous unboxing video may result in denial of your claim. Complaints made after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
All claims are subject to verification by DHWAKAT HERBAL. After review, we may approve a replacement or refund where applicable, at our sole discretion.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return request, you must contact us at info@dhwakat.com within the applicable return period.
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address and process. Items sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, you must return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order separately.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected for compliance with our return conditions.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval and you have not received the amount, you must contact us at info@dhwakat.com for assistance.
8. Strict Hygiene and Safety Policy
As DHWAKAT HERBAL deals in consumable Ayurvedic and herbal products, we enforce a strict hygiene policy.
Products that are opened, used, tampered with, resealed, or unsealed are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy is implemented to protect customer safety, maintain hygiene standards, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
