This Shipping Policy governs the dispatch and delivery of orders placed with DHWAKAT HERBAL through our official website.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders are processed after payment confirmation in the case of prepaid orders, or after order verification for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Orders are dispatched within one (1) business day from the date of order acceptance. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Order confirmation indicates acceptance of the order but does not guarantee immediate shipment.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines
Prepaid orders are dispatched through private courier partners. The estimated delivery timeline is 3 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location and operational conditions.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched through India Post or other government postal services. The estimated delivery timeline is 7 to 8 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on postal service coverage and PIN code accessibility.
If a prepaid order address falls outside the serviceable area of our private courier partners, DHWAKAT HERBAL reserves the right to ship the order via India Post or government postal services instead. In such cases, the estimated delivery timeline is approximately 5 business days from dispatch. Updated tracking details will be provided after shipment. Delivery may take longer depending on remote or rural accessibility. This approach ensures successful delivery in areas where private courier coverage is limited.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
DHWAKAT HERBAL reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.
4. Tracking Information
Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking link provided. Tracking updates are dependent on courier or postal systems.
5. Delivery Delays and Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, DHWAKAT HERBAL shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partner disruptions, postal service delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, public holidays, incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed commitments.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to us or re-attempted subject to additional shipping charges where applicable.
Re-dispatch will occur only after confirmation and payment of any additional charges, if required.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier or postal service for dispatch.
8. Serviceable Locations
We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes.
Delivery to remote, rural, or difficult-to-access areas may take longer than standard delivery timelines.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Any refund, where applicable, will be governed by our Refund Policy.
